This is something I would like to know here: Azerbaijan and Armenia are in the Council of Europe. Do they both want to be in the EU and is that somehow mutually exclusive? Azerbaijan is an authoritarian country. The Aliyev family decides on the big things, even if they allow a lot of freedom in the small ones. Also to keep the door to the EU open.
